Worm Identification

I found this guy in my tank this morning. He must have hitchhiked on one of the corals, even though I always dip.

I scooped him out of the tank. Is he a Bloodworm? Good or bad?

Thanks for the links. I went through them and couple others, but I couldn't identify it.

It doesn't have bristles, and while it was in the tank, I could see a pulp of blood moving from one end of the body to the other end. Like a pulsating motion.
