worms are these good or bad

i hear many types of worms are good(beneficial) and some are bad(hurt fish, corals, or inverts) i have some soft corals and hermit crabs snails and shirmp and copepods and amipods

They look like harmless bristle worms to me.

i like them but never see them when released hiding little buggers but i know if i do see them in day light then there must be to many then lol

If you're familier with cone flowers, (trying to think of an example..) they will leave little "bristles" in your hand if you touch them.. same goes for "bristle"worms.

Harmless and benefical; just don't touch.
