I finally replaced my frag rack that has been in the tank for about 5 years. As you can see from the pics the magnets were corroding pretty badly. I know like all other reefers, I am always looking for a reason I have hair algae, aiptasia, and slow SPS growth, but could this have had an adervant affect on my tank over the years? Should I run a chemical absorption pad?
