would you consider these picasso's?

I have seen several picasso's but wanted to get peoples opinion on if they would consider these to be picasso's. They are advertised as such. approximate size is 1" - 1.5"

The next question is would you consider $50 a pair to be a reasonable price for these?

I would pay that amount for a pair of them. The have a cool pattern (middle bar).

yeah, that sounds resonable for a pair of that grade. i just got a pair today:
