I have three fairy wrasses in a 125 and was going to get a Harlequin Tusk. Would the HT pick on the small fairy wrasses. I was probably going to add a few more of them in the future.

Depending on the size of the HTusk, if it's a large HTusk, it could eat the Fairy wrasse. Otherwise it will probably leave it a lone. Fairy wrasse are jumpers and the HTusk may chase it from time to time causing it to jump out of the tank. Since you do have a good size tank I wouldn't worry about it unless you get a vrey large HTusk.
In general you can usually mix Hogs together as long as there is a size difference between them. Hogs also usually get along with other wrasses without a problem. Mixing other wrasse together can be a problem, specially the wrasse from the Thalassoma family, only one from this group should be kept per tank.
