Wrasse Compatibility

a bag of it

Hey guys, I'm trying to plan out the live stock for my 58g and I have a few questions about wrasses. I plan to add a pistol shrimp/goby pair first, then a cardinal, then a pair of clowns. After that I want to add a couple wrasses. These are all my favorites, obviously I can't keep all of them but I was hoping maybe 3 of these would be compatible...is this unrealistic?

Melanurus Wrasse
McCosker's Flasher Wrasse
Red Velvet Fairy Wrasse
Carpenter's Flasher Wrasse
Exquisite Fairy Wrasse
Christmas Wrasse
Mystery Wrasse
Lineatus Fairy Wrasse
Whip Fin Fairy Wrasse
Orange-back Fairy Wrasse

size wise yes it eould be the same as getting a trio of mckoskers and idk about getting all three if u do i would add all of them in a QT at the same time and see how they do. Ive heard of people doing three diffrent wrasses and them doing great and some doing horrible so theres no REAL yes or no

I recently got two melanurus, picked from a group of 6. They are smallish juvis, but one has male features and behavior, the other is juvi/female. Super cool looking wrasse. They colored up nicely in less than a week on boosted food (vitamins+selcon). I have them in a 10gal QT at the moment. Which seems to be ok for their size. Should be moving them to a 29g QT once I get it set up. I bet they'll be far more comfortable in there. If you QT melanurus, put a container of sand for them to hide. They'll be far less stressed.

For tank size, I am putting this pair in a 40breeder along with a dwarf angel. I suspect I'll end up moving the pair to my 125 when they reach mature size. ~5" supposedly.
