Wrasse ID please

Got this locally. Came in as a Velvet Fairy but I don't think it is.

Sorry, pix is on the blue side, if I turn up the whites, it hides.

Pelvic fins are too short on a blue sided or velvet compared to the ones on this fish. Can't really see it in the pix but the extend about half way to its anal fin. Not quite as long as a Pylei but similar to a Pink Margin or a Lineatus.
