Wrasse ID

I bought what I think is the same as yours @ Charlie's last year. I was told by a few people here it's a Bluehead Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura)
 
You have a juvie/female Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura. The black dot will go away and the colors will intensify as it grows older.

It does not need a sand bed as it produces a mucus cocoon and sleeps in the rocks at night. It does need a covered tank as all wrasses are prolific jumpers.
