WTB. harlequin shrimp (star fish out of control)

I'm looking for a harlequin shrimp to keep the star fishs under control, the starfish are too many right now it bother and kill some of my zoos an green star poly.

Has anyone been noticing there is a huge rise in them lately? I have talked to a few people and notived that there has been a rise in population all of a sudden!!!!

I saw a guys tank recently that was over run with them. as for my tank they seem to be multiplying like crazy but thats ok they seem to be doing good things so far and if they explode i would love to get a harlequin shrimp they are pretty cool to watch.

Quite likely, particularly if the harlequin is small.

I would say yes. I have seen smaller wrass's kill full grown shrimp. Probably not the best pair to have but you never know.

when i got the shrimp i have to move the wrass to the sump for some time.

When we had alot of them in our 92 corner..............it took 5 medium sized ones about 45-60 days to do the job.

But they did the job well!

are you serious? need 5 harlequins for 92g so I need 9 to 10 to do my 180g. then where are they after they did their job jaw969, when Iam at your house i didn't see any?

the shrimp do so well. he been hide for a week. I saw he peel the star fish eat it.

That what I want to hear, I got this shrimp from swap, what i saw is the star fish is move up to the glass more than before
