WTB: Live Rock, 50W heater, nano powerhead, and 15W NO flourescents

I just gave my brackish gobies at work to Fins 'n Skins (no, Mel, I didn't torture and flush them ) and have converted my 10G work tank to full saltwater. I plan to put in a couple of clowns and some low-light, hardy soft corals. At the moment, I have two needs for which I am will to buy or trade a zoanthid frag for:

• ~10lbs. live rock (from a hydroid-free tank)
  
• 50W submersible heater (must be in good condition - looking for decent brand like Ebo-Jager. My old Ebo-Jager has internal condensation and rust after 6 years of decent use)
  
• Small, unobtrusive powerhead
  
• Two 18" NO T8 flourscent tubes with life left (preferably 50/50 daylight/actinic).

If I can't buy or trade local for these items, I intend to put together a dry-goods order to buy the heater and a Hydor Korellia nano pump and NO tubes. I'll post for others to jump on board and split shipping if it comes to that.
