My Dr. Fosters and Smith catalogue had something about a full nano setup that was power compact lit that was pretty much plug and play. Not sure what you mean by cheap but I know they were not asking a mint for them. Check their site it might still be up on discount.

Seriously my experience with nanos was that I was a lot better off with a standard aga tank, a light fixture, and small skimmer. The all in one nano tanks look nice and clean, but don't offer a lot of options IMO.
