Yeah, looks like I'm out of luck too. Purchased local, unit has no serial number by design, didn't purchase with any other equipment, and apparently Neptune is one of the few companies that still requires a sales receipt to service the unit (which of course I didn't keep for a $40 part). It's a sad day when supporting LFS's hurts you Oh well, in the end it's my fault I guess anyway.
