Have you had any problems with them fading? I bought a nice colony, but within a month it isn't green anymore. It is a brown color with only the mouth being green, the rest of the green has faded away.

they look more like RPE to me. I am looking for the deep purple with green mouth and green skirt.

rbdesigns - i only got a small frag last week and havent noticed any fading. I'll post a pic soon as they open up.

no those are zoos, real ppe has green skirts, solid purple center with green mouth and is the size of a nickle.

what you have is RPE not worth anywhere near true PPE.

Now that i look at the picture again your right raskal311 but i dont think they are normal zoos.
Fish_who those arent PPE but are PRPE (pink rim people eater)

anyone want to tell me what color my zoas are considered? i posted a thread asking for ID help and somone said there a PE zoa. what makes it a PE zoa? i just wanted to see other zoas with neon green slit mouths. these guys are a nice pink color. check my gallery under pink zoas
