"Overcharged" is relative.

But as Compared to what? (And did you have to have it?) That's part of the order fulfilment (time value of money) that can't be graded against the vendor IF they did what you asked them to.

Our LFS serve a VITAL role in the suport of this Club. If they make (incremental) margin on us, Good! We need them!!!
