WTB: Skimmer & 50 lbs. of Live Rock

I am new to the site but I have been been in the hobby before. I am working on setting up a new tank after a 5 year break from tanks.

I am looking for a decent protein skimmer (ASM or similar) for my 50 gallon tank. I also need approximately 40-50 lbs. of live rock.

I have a Red Sea Berlin skimmer that I'm not using. Just needs a pump, or it can be upgraded to a turbo with the turbo upgrade kit. Make me an offer if interested.

I have an Octopus Nw-150 that works great. I used it on my 75g reef and it pulled all kinds of thick nasty gunk. It needs cleaned up a little but I would sell it for $100.
