WTB: used 90 gallon

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone had a used reef ready 90 gallon sitting around? I am considering moving up to a 90 from my 75.

I'm thinking about changing my 90G, will you need stand & hood also ?

I have a stand and hood that I built...

However, if I were to sell the 75 to make room for the 90 and someone wanted the stand/hood, I might let it go. I'm kinda attached to it though.

What does your stand/hood look like?

Andy is that your top off containter to the right? I did the same thing except with a white trash can with the swingin door on top, I just poor it and the door opens to refill it once a week.

When are you looking to upgrade? I currently have an AGA 90G (corner overflow, not central) that I should be upgrading to a 180G in the late summer/early fall. I can contact you when it happens and see if you are still looking.

Here is a pic of my stand/tank in case anyone is interested. I really like your setup. I built my stand really tall so I wouldn't have to bend over to look at the tank. How tall is yours? It looks taller than standard...

I still need to do some work on the stain, but otherwise it's a bulletproof stand. The canopy is built so that whole front flips out, or I can open the doors on the front/sides.

Its 39" to the top of the wood.... I don't have to sell it with the tank...its just an option

Well, I was hoping to upgrade around the middle of May. I will be moving down the street, and thought it was the perfect opportunity to switch everything to a 90.

No idea about the tank price, I only started thinking about it today !

the rocks are drilled and have a pvc pipe down the middle...its the sump return

Cool idea. So is the tank drilled directly below the pillar, or did you run the pipe from the standard location through the bottom of the overflow and over to the pillar?

Wow, I don't know. I've got a ton of hours invested, countless trips to home depot, and a lot of money to boot. Even though it was DIY, I spent more money on it than I would have if I had just bought a stand and hood.

If I were to sell my setup, I'd have to get enough for it to buy another used setup.
