Ok here is what I am needing for my setups.
I plan on 4 nano 12 gallon tanks plumbed into a main sump. These smaller tanks work best because they are all being kept in my computer room. I am looking to purchase the following:

<b>Sump</b> - could be a simple tank even. nothing bigger than about 36" long, width can be as much as 20". Looks is also not an issue as this will not be seen. (29-40g tank? acrylic sump? either one)

<b>Protein Skimmer</b> - I am going to assume with the sump I will have a grand total of a whopping 70-85 gallons of water so nothing too massive needed for this.

<b>Return Pump</b> - 4 x 1/2"-3/4" pipe will run off of this, 2 tanks will have about 3' head and the other two about 4'. So as long as it is powerful enough to run those.

If anyone has anything you can just PM me or post here. I would like to arrange pickup for the next meeting if possible, or sooner if you are in Jackson.

How are you plumbing the tanks to the sump? Drilling? Sounds like an interesting setup.

I might be drilling the 2nd set of Nano's. the first set of tanks I already setup so I was going to use a pvc pipe overflow setup shown HERE

I have heard some good things about this type, so thought I would check it out. If it works really well I may just fore go the drilling and do all 4 that way.

I have a sump about that size and several pumps that I am getting rid of. I have to hop in the shower for work now, but I'll put some pics up tomorrow and see if they are what you are looking for. I've taken down my 150 and most of what went with it so I'll be putting quite a bit of stuff on here soon.

Sorry about the delay, been a crazy weekend. Well here is the sump, the only thing missing is a bracket that was in the middle section for an auto top-off switch that I removed to fit a protein skimmer.

1 Quiet One 4000 pump $25

2 400W Blueline E-Ballast Both used less than a month. $100 each

2 400W 10K XM Metal Halides bulbs. New in box, $50 each.

Dual 250W Magnetic Metal Halide Ballast, can't remember who made it, for $75. I'll get a pic of it and the pumps later to put on here

I'll eventually have my AGA 150gallon and my 90 gallon tanks on here, my skimmer, calcium reactor, and more as I get it all taken down and cleaned up some.

Oh yeah, I took it all down since I am going back to school in the spring. I do still have 40 gallon that will be easier to keep up with school, a one year old and a three year old. Quitting reefing is harder than quitting smoking. =)
