I have a Nanowave 9 that I bought to put in my office...went with a 20 gallon in the end, so it's sitting on my coffee table at home. It's running, but doesn't have anything in it. Here is the writeup on it:
The Aqua Medic Nano Wave 9 is the most complete and innovative mini-reef aquarium available.
Modular Filtration: Mechanical, Biological plus Refugium w/dedicated power-compact light. Each filtration module lifts out for easy maintenanc.
Power-driven venturi protein skimmer
The integrated refugium reduces maintenance
9 gallons
Outstanding flow-rate
East to care for, radiused glass construction
Over 5 watts per gallon with 2x24 PC lighting
Dual Moonlights
I have done a few mods to it. The skimmer pump was kind of loud, so I switched to an airstone. The LED's and the PC lights were all on one cord, which ment no timers, so I had my buddy who is an electrician add another plug to seperate them. I also drilled some holes in the back divider to allow surface gunk to flow into the filtration. If you are interested, let me know and I can send some pics.
