I am looking to trade a Lumenarc III SE for a Lumenarc SE Mini.
Mine is in good condition, yours would need to be as well.
I have a second and would also be willing to trade 2 for 2.

Depending on the tank it would. if it is 48" you would be better off with 2 minis I imagine.
That or a couple DE pendants. As for my Lumenarcs. I am not looking to sell them.
The thing about Lumenarcs is that you get more light
distribution the further from the water, so you could cover 48" with one, but
it would have to be higher off of the surface than most 90's allow.
Plus the Lumenarc III's are 19.5" across so that could be a problem too...

Well since no one was interested in the whole shot, I decided to reconfigure my tank. I am going to drop to one metal halide in my display from four.
And use VHO for the rest. Then I have a new frag table that I built. I
will also use one MH and VHOs on it. That should be a good dent in the
electric bill. from 5 total MH to 2....
I am going to have some work to do here pretty soon, but I am getting amped to do it... looking forward to the rebuild

I think the jury is still out on LED for now.... I would bet on plazma becoming
practicle before LEDs...
I have yet to see a mature SPS reef running LED.
