WWD dead

My WWD seems to have stopped working. The light still comes on, but both of my other working WWD are slightly warm to the touch, and this one is not. The light on the power supply is also on. Since the motor on the pump won't turn on, I'm thinking the problem is from the WWD. Any suggestions?

Since you have more than one pump troubleshooting and isolating the faulty component is simple. Swap the power supply and see if that corrects the problem. If not then swap the controller (WWD). After you isolate the faulty component send a service request to service@ecotechmarine.com and we will help you out.
