Wyoming clownfish with ich. Please help

Hi, I recently got 2 Wyoming clownfish from my lfs and I know I should have a quarantine tank but right now I just don't have the space and time to have one. They seem to have gotten ich and I really don't know what to do without harming my other livestock. It's hard to see it since they move a lot in the pics. Other tank mates are a bicolor blenny which doesn't or at least hasn't shown any signs of ich, a candy cane pistol shrimp, bubble tip anemone, Xenia and red mushrooms all living in a 20 gallon. Any advice would be appreciated.

There are no treatments for ich which are compatible with invertebrates. Unfortunately, you are going to have to remove all fish from the tank if you want to treat them. I would suggest one of two options:

1. Copper treatment

2. Tank Transfer Method

I would highly suggest tank transfer. Copper is a bit tricky. As long as you can net fish without injuring them, tank transfer is entirely safe.

You will have to leave your DT fallow (no fish) for 76 days or the ich will be able to reinfect your fish when you reintroduce them.

Tank to tank will require 2 tanks at a minimum. There are plenty of treads here that explain the process. I am currently running a TTM on a 4" regal angel using 2- 20 gal longs, HOB filter, heater and PVC. It is a PIA but really the only successful way to eradicate ick.
