I was told in the soft coral forum to try asking over here as well....

It's about the size of a quarter, the green is verybright, and glows in the moonlight leds. Also, it's open wide 24/7. Thanks
 
Looks like a type of rock anemone, but not sure the exact id. I use to have some just like it. It will reproduce and move around your tank most likely.
 
I don't think it is a mushroom. Like coralfarm said it does look like some kind of rock anemone. It could be a paly. A shot from the side may help.

That is a rock anemone getting a species name will be almost impossible as a lot of these things haven't been charted. I might send a note to Bob Fenner on wetwebmedia.com He might be able to get you close to what species of anemone they are but like I said a lot of those anemones haven't been named...
