Xenia around Gainesville???

I have a ton of elongata at the moment. Some mounted or free floating. I also have yellow encrusting. I have 1 large piece of bali giant xenia and others growing out. The one I have at the moment is just under 5 inches tall and not done growing yet. I love this stuff because it grows like a leather. Slow growing, doesnt split every 3 days and cover the entire tank. I have some "pom-pom" in the works too but it may be awhile. Anyway, I'm in Ormond...straight shot off of 40 if you get over this way.

I am only about 1 hr away in Crystal River- lots of xenia for free - elongata and pom pom if you don't mind free floating

easy to attach - just loosely rubberband

If you don't mind waiting I could meet you in Gainesville - but I won't be up there for a few weeks (just PM me)

also try posting on the g'ville reef club site

http://www.gnvreef.org/phpBB2/index.php

not much action re: reef discussion but the regulars are always reading posts and at least 2 of the guys up there are great about helping out new tanks with donations

I had lost some corals when I moved a tank and had G'ville reefers help me out with free xenia, gsp, plate coral, zoos and mushrooms (Gators are very friendly people!)

also try Ocean Exotics - good prices on frags and in the past I have gotten free small frags from their display tank. They also have a good trade in/up program depending on what frags you have

Good luck
