xenia dying?

i have a xenia thats seems to be dying it started to grow and now some of it seems to be like meltin away little by little...is this a sign of it dying? its little tentacles are all shriveled up about 5percent of it any ideas?

all levels are good on my tank but im new to the hobby

Xenia will sometimes seem like it completely dies off, but then it will grow back again. How's your temperature? They don't like high temps.
