my xenia is sort of shrinking up it has been really nice for a while but latly it has been shrinking, its not because of the lights going on and off is just a constant thing. i feed them marine snow once a day. dose anyone know why this is hapening or what i can do to help them?

What are your water parameters? What size tank? How long have you had it?

When I had xenia, I didnt add any type of food like that, and my xenia got huge. I finally traded it in because it got so out of control. I would lay off of the marine snow, and do a water change. After you test the water.

nitrates 20ppm, nitrites 0ppm, ammonia 0ppm. 10 gallon tank. my nitrates have been at 20 ppm ever since i started the tank 6 months ago. i do water changes once a week about a 2 gallon change cause i have a GBTA in there with no skimmer and no sump so i have to keep up with the water changes.
