xenias are bleaching

both of my xenias are bleaching out but they are growing i have a 90g 4x54w t5 on an icecaps ballast i put them in the lower 2/3 of the tank do you think its too much light for them?

That doesnt seem like to much light to me ... I have had them in the top 1/3 under 250w in my 55.
