They are about 3 weeks old. I have 2. I walked passed the tank and one of the lights turned off. It then tries to boot back up, light cluster flashes, then turns back off. The three led on top flash red once when this happens. Then they flash blue and try to turn on and it repeats.. Tries to turn on, light cluster flashes back off.

Update: unplugged for a few minutes and logged onto eco smart live to calibrate. It froze but now the light appears to be working fine again.

Ok once again it turned off. 3 leds on top flashing red.. Is this thing overheating?

I would recommend calling in today for more advanced troubleshooting. When calling in, please have your computer and Radion with you.
