XR30 White Light Not Working

So I just purchased the RMS multi light system and installed my lights on my new 180 Tank. When going through the settings on ecosmart live I noticed that one of the white LED's is not lit up when set on the all white setting in "presets".

I then proceeded to check the rest of the settings and the same LED is not lighting up. When you look at the puck there are only 3 white LEDS lit while the rest have 4.

Today is day 1 and the light has been on for roughly 8hrs. I called customer service but they are closed right now. Any suggestions? Is this a known issue or did I get a lemon? Kinda sucks to already have 1 light not working out of the box...hoping it's an easy fix.:mad2:

I must say I have never experienced customer service this awesome, literally on the phone for 10 minutes and have the issue resolved and new lighting puck sent out to me. Thank you eco-tech!!!
