XR30W Gen 3 - Graph won't show?

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me...

I've set up my Radion (xr30w Gen 3 if it helps...) with a custom graph, which has definitely uploaded to the light because it is working how I programmed it.

The problem now is, when I plug my Radion in, ecosmartlive shows that it's connected, and will let me go into the "Live Demo" tab and control the demo stuff, but my graph on the "Daily Schedule" page is greyed out???

Does anyone know why, and how I can get my schedule to show???

I'd attach a picture but ImageShack have decided they want money off me to upload images so I won't be doing!

I would make sure you're using either Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser. Also, try clearing the cache if you're already using one of those two web browsers.

Thanks Alex. I ended up having to factory reset the Radion, that solved the problem at the time.

I've heard now that a few people have problems with Chrome. I've downloaded Safari just to use with EcoSmartLive. Hopefully that'll sort it!
