MILWAUKEE - Beer made Milwaukee famous. Beer drinkers make Milwaukee the drunkest city in America according to Forbes magazine.
A study in 2004 found 3 out of 4 adults had at least one drink in the last month.
22% of those surveyed in Milwaukee admit to binge drinking, which is having more than five drinks on one occassion.
Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett would like the city to be known for some of its better qualities.
"This is not something we will have on our website, that's for sure," he told TODAY'S TMJ4 Ty Milburn.
Minneapolis-St. Paul is second on the list followed by Columbus, Ohio; Boston, Massachusetts; and Austin, Texas.
