Yasha Gobi black spots on Fin & body

I've had this fish for a few years, and every once in a while it will disappear foe a few months. A few months back, I purchased a pinkbar Gobi which Roomed with the Yasha, but the Yasha decided he didn't like it. It disappeared even at feeding time. So about 2 weeks ago, there it is not looking good. I thought it was dead as it hung in the corner on the bottom. Low & Behold, it starts eating about every other day. In the last 7 days, it has been eating 2 out of 3 days. I feed a good variety, but I've on;y seen it eat brine (rinsed and I add Selcon & Beta-Glucan every feeding which is 1 per day). It's looking much better as of yesterday & today.

However, as I was taking pictures, I noticed it's dorsal fin looked rotted & black spots on it's body. Also, look at lower part of eye.

I could be wrong, but I believe those are just part of the pigmentation of the fish. I have seen several yasha gobies that have very similar coloration.

Sorry for the small pic, but you can see it here too if you look closely enough:
