Yellow Hammer is Green

I just paid $100 for a "Yellow Hammer". I saw it in the dealers tank, and it was bright, highlighter yellow - absolutely awesome. Under my lights however, it is just green. Right now I have a mix of white and royal blue lights, and assume something I am missing (regular blue, violet, uv) is the difference. Anyone familiar with this? Did the dealer trick me putting a regular green hammer under strange lighting?

No...the store did not trick you...different lights will give you different color enhancements.
And also...corals do stress when being transported..give it time to acclimate to your environment...
If you had bought it online ...i would speculate some trickery...but you seen this first hand. So you know the potential it has under different lighting.

Only time it may be a trick, is if it was a pic. If you saw with your own eyes, it's merely lighting differences.

I would bet that the UV, and violet led is the difference in your light perception. UV will make corals fluoresce with different colors.
