Yellow Hawain Tang

How do you feed your yellow tang and what do you feed it?
My yellow tang eats brine shrimp. I have plenty of algea in the tank right now.

My tang eats anything. I could probably list 10 different foods. Variety is always good. Just make sure to get a good amount of greens in his diet.

lots of greens, and some frozen food. go too any chinese super market and buy the mix frozen sea food bag and blend with some formula one and two with some drops of garlic, my tang loves it.

Lots of stuff. I try to give it lots of nori.

what kind of greens do you mean? The algea in my tank is not good enough?

I also noticed that when the light goes off my yellow tang is showing his white stripe. should I be worried about that. I heard that if he is showing his white stripe he is not happy?

color fades at night, mine does it too. keep its food varied, plenty off seaweed and vitamin supplements. i use Selcon for my tang and mandarin.
