Yellow Longnose Butterfly Reef Safe?

I've read that they are generally reef safe, but with caution. Just wondering if anyone has direct experience with one. Especially intersted if they leave clams alone. I ahve 3 clams, and they are my pride and joy. Clam nippers are not allowed!

Mine has been fine with all sorts of corals and a couple clams. But each fish is different.

Is it a good eater? ie..frozen, flakes, etc. I've read that the Copperband is finicky, but the Yellow Longnose is not. What is your experience?

once aquarium acclimated they are very hardy and can live extremely long in the home aquarium the long nose butterfly has been reported to have lived the longest out of all the butterflies in the home aquaria i have owned 2 and neither one ever bothered any of my clams but one on occasion did nip at some of my leather trees but it didn't bother me

Nice! I'm cycling my 105G right now, and thinking of a fish list, and this is a beauty IMO! Just a little nervous because this will be a mixed reef, and clam tank. The corals, clams and inverts are my main goal here, but do want some colorful fish too. It's tough getting just totally reef compatible fish!
