Yellow mushrooms

I was recently at a small coral "vendor" who had some nice pieces. On one of his rocks he had a single yellow mushroom that looked to be actinodiscus. A very bright and distinct yellow. He said it just appeared on the rock that was included in a previous shipment. Since I had never seen this color I asked if he would sell the entire rock but he said no. After searching the online vendors I didn't see anything close to this coloration.

I guess my question is if this is something that is common out there among the mushroom fans that include me?

I once saw a nice yellow mushroom with colorful dots at a local lfs. I did not purchase and decided to go back later and it was gone. That was one purchase I wish i made. I am a huge mushroom fan. Did it look like the green mushroom in the pic below, but yellow?

I have some that i call gold they are bright yellow under actinics but a yellow orange under full lighting

No, it was more like a rhodactis.

rhodactis are a relative of actinodiscus but i don't know how you tell them apart, they can look identical
