yellow polyps and green bubble algae

I have a nice frag of yellow polyps, about 12 heads on it. When they closed up in the evening, I notice i have about 5-6 dark green shiny round bubbles, -is it bubble algae?- growing amongst the polyps. Do i remove the bubbles? Can they live side by side? If I had to choose, I would of course prefer to get the yellow polyps at thier healthiest and I could live without the green bubbles if I need to. Any tips on what I should do, and then how to do it?

They will live together. . .

But I, myself hate bubble algae. I have emerald crabs that took care of the problem.

I like having a couple clumps of bubble algae in my tank, just because I like the way it looks. BUT, it can get out of hand if you dont keep a close watch on it; I would suggest you remove the bubbles to keep them from spreading all over the tank. I doubt they will harm yellow polyps, but they can irritate stoney corals to the point of tissue recession.
