Yellow sponge and Red worm ID

I need help id'ing the following two hitchhikers which I think came in on some live rock I bought locally in the Florida Keys (where I live).

One appears to be a yellow sponge. It open and closes it's hole during the day, but mostly stays open.



The other appears to be red worms or something like that, which retract like tube worms.


Any ID help would be appreciated.

Doing quick research, I don't think the yellow thing is a snail. It appears fixed to it's location. It has never moved...just gotten bigger.

The yellow thing in the first picture looks more like a Sea Squirt or Tunicate to me. Those little strings your seeing in the sand bed are most likely from a Terebellid worm. (harmless)

Stand corrected, dind't realize it didnt move, like cloak says some kind of tunicate.
