Yellow Striped Clingfish

I'd like to hear some personal experiences of these fish, Diademichthys lineatus, as I can't find much about them online, other than their size, reef compatibility, minimum tank size, and whathaveyou. I would love to have a long-spined urchin, and after hearing about it's symbiotic relationship with this species, I would like to know more.
Thanks,
Valerie

I had 3 for 3 months and then suddenly, they've all disappearred. They were feeding on cyclopeeze. They were cool fishes but I don't think I will get them again.

I currently have a pair. Will try to post some pictures later. They are hiding in some rockwork atm. In my tank I have both a pencil urchin and a long spine urchin. They navigate from one to the other and also hide in the many crevices in the rockwork.

Currently feeding Cyclopeeze, and newly hatched brine. There mouths are too small for adults. Both are about 1.5" long.

The female has a longer snout then the male. She is also darker then the male, the male has some brown tinting to him.

I'm heading out for a bit, ill check back later and try to post some pics.

I have a cling fish, but mine is just black. I have not seen another cling since buying mine. He was acctualy my first fish i have had him for 2 years now. I dont know if they have the same needs as a yellow stripped one but mine is in a reef with shrimp crabs corals and I have 2 urchins, I heard they were simbolic with feather starfish.

Now that's different! I want one. Looks like the salt version of a plecostomus. Do they eat alage on the glass as well?

I had one just like the one in M.R Cowfish's pic. They are native around Florida. He was the sweetest little fish.He would jump into my hand to eat.Very docile and reef safe.I lost him to some sort of tumor.
Freed-I bought him because he looked so much like a pleco.
