Yellow Tang died

All parameters are in tolerance. Except salinity 1.026. One other smaller yellow gang in tank but they seemed to get along. 75 gal reef. No signs of nipping or anything... Any ideas?

A 75 gallon tank is too small for a Yellow Tang. They need larger & longer tanks to thrive better.
