Yellow Tang Getting Red Blotchy Areas

I have a Yellow Tang that I got about 6 months ago fro my 125 gal reef.
The fish has a healthy appetite and is active.
I recently noticed it turning red in areas, from right behind the eyes back a inch or so and towards the tail.

I pulled a picture off the internet that is NOT my fish ,but looks almost identical to what mine does.

I googled on found some older stuff where some think it could be bacterial infection

Anybody with some ideas?

All the other fish in my tank look fine.
They are as follows:

5 Blue Green Chromis
1 Royal Gramma
2 Ocelerous Clownfish
2 PJ Cardinals
1 Bangai Cardinal
1 Clown Goby
1 Blue Hippo
1 Flamehawk

At the time of me posting this I did not check any parameters, and to be truthful am a little late on my water change. The last one being a 25 gallon about 6 weeks ago

Thanks

Bacterial infection is certainly possible.

In-tank treatment options include stepping up your WCs and soaking his food in vitamin supplements. Both will help his immune system fight this off naturally.

If you can QT; then using antibiotics becomes an option.
