I noticed after dosing prazi that my yellow tang that's in qt has these red/brown spots near it's eyes and face. Can someone tell me what this is and how to treat?

Looks like a bacterial infection. How long have you had him and what are the water parameters? Is he eating?

Had him for 3 weeks. Parameters are

ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 25
PH 7.0
Phosphate 0.02
Not measuring alk calcium or magnesium as its a qt tank with no corals

Lights are just ambiance through out the day. He does nip at seaweed and is eating mysis.

What's the best treatment? He'said been in an 55 gallon qt with a small naso 2-3" should they both be treated even though only yellow is showing the bacterial infection?

If that link doesn't work, search for bacterial infection yellow tang on Google or reefcentral. Your ph is low, you may want to do a water change to try and get that up. I would just keep monitoring him and try some different foods to get him eating well. Sometimes they are able to fight it themselves with good water conditions and good food. If he does get worse their are antibiotics that can be implemented. I am not really familiar with this process, hopefully someone else will chime in if it comes to that. If it does, I would only treat the fish showing signs of infection.

For now I would watch the tang closely for the next several days and monitor if it's getting better or worse.
