yellow tang with yellow spots

Just like the title says, he has red spots. My yellow tang isn't doing to good. I've treated the tank with Furan 2, zoecon and still no luck. From what I read online it seems to be a bacterial infection. My parameters are good and my nitrates are .50ppm. He's lost a lot of weight and I might have a week left for this poor guy. I've read online about maracyn 2 but I cant find it anywhere. Any last suggestions???

IME, Furan-2 is pretty effective. Meaning it either clears up the infection or kills the fish. Both Maracyn 1 & 2 seem to be getting harder and harder to find, which makes me wonder if they're not getting phased out in favor of this Maracyn Plus stuff. I looked it up, and Maracyn Plus utilizes Sulfadimidine and Trimethoprim, two antibiotics I'm completely unfamiliar with. But you might want to give it a shot as a last ditch effort.

Also, have you ruled out Uronema?
