yellow tang

my yellow tang that i have had for four months has developed pin head sized black dots on it's fins and body and i have no idea what it is! my sail fin tang has no dots on it and they have been in the same tank since i got the yellow tang. I'm not sure if it a disease or a parasite. has any one seen this in there tanks?and if so how did you cure the fish. this is one of my favorite fish i have and i don't want to loose him he has a unique personality. thank you for any help!!

do a google search on black ich. I think it's a worm of some sort.
