Yellow tangs

I bought a yellow tang a couple of weeks a go and the fish looked good. Its the top and bottom fins were well rounded, now the fins are uneven and ragged.
What can I do to get the fish back to the original shaped fins.The fish eats well

Do these fish need vitamin C in the diet?

Try soaking the food with Selcon like Nori (dried sea weed) or even mysis shrimp.
Do you have other tang's in with this one ?
