Why not? I had three clams die a while back. I had 2 super healthy crocea and desera, and then I added that monster(whose shell is at the top of the tank) I think it had some kind of disease, becasue within three weeks it died and so did all the other clams?????????
So I figure for my 100 bucks I might as well use the clam shell as decoration!!
