YT swam into RBTA

Almost lost my YT last night...
For some unknown reason, my 10yr old YT decided to swim directly into my RBTA (its actually 4). The YT sat there stunned and floating head down for 3min or so while I scrambled for the step stool and scraper to push him out of the nem.

Once out of the nem I distracted him with some nori at the feeding port (other side of the tank).

Today my YT seems fine and swimming and eating as usual.

Wow that Power head seems really close to that nem.

Actually there are 2x power heads on the back left and right sides of the tank. The nems have stayed in place for 5yrs now. When I first introduced the RBTA I used MP foam covers (they fit RW-8's pretty well). However after 3mo I got tired of cleaning them all the time.
