Zoa Frag Problem

I just removed a frag from the plug then glued it to the rock. The zoas are closed and a couple have a white film on it. What is that? I hope I didnt kill them.

First I set up my work station. Gloves, towel, super glue gel, razor blades.

I removed the zoas that were on a rock/ceramic plug from the tank.
The zoas were on a tiny rock, that tiny rock was glued onto the ceramic plug. I carefully cut the zoas off using a razor blade.
So I just removed the rock from the plug.
Got the new rock out of the tank and put glue on it, and attached the frag. Immediately placed the zoa/rock back into the tank.

The 2 polyps in the back are the ones that look bad to me.
