zoa help please

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum and I'm after some help

First thing I would like to know is if anyone can tell me what zoa that is or if I'm mistaken and its something diffrent lol

Also I've had it for about four weeks and there is only one head and I'm wondering how long it takes to grow more heads or if placement makes a diffrence

It's hard to really tell with the picture, but it looks like it's a paly of some sort. what type of lighting and flow do you have. What are your parameters (Alk, Ca, Mg). need a little more info.
