Zoa help

So I have a new-er tank and I added two zoa frags recently, they didn't open at all. I noticed a few of my other corals where starting to loose color and my mushrooms looked shriveled so I figured my LEDs where to bright. I dialed them back a decent amount and everything seems ok now, but my zoas still haven't opened and mushrooms still look shriveled. I added another zoa frag after the lighting adjustment and they open up fine. Are the older zoas and shrooms still recovering? About how long would this take? Water parameters are all good, nutrients are low, I hear shrooms and zoas prefer a little dirtier water, they are in a lower flow area and down in the sand bed.

How new is the tank, and how long have the zoas been in for?

I did actually read through that thread, I don't believe much of it pertained to me. Only thing I haven't tried was higher light and flow, I thought the light was too strong. I inspected for pests but didn't see any, they where open when I bought them and my fish don't peck at them at all. I haven't done a water change since they have been in, the first two have been in for about a week and a half to two weeks, and the last one that's open only about 5 days.
