Zoanthids have white spots

My frag of mean greens has been closed up for a few days and I'm starting to notice white spots. Here's a pic

It's starting to infect some other colonies as well.

First of all, what is it? Second, what do I need to do to keep it from spreading and or cure the colonies that have it?

QT the infected polyps after treatment and add uber flow to the QT. good luck
